Egg Carton Lady Bug

Apr 28, 2016

Supplies Required

  • Red Finger paint
  • Paint brush
  • Egg Carton
  • Brown Pipe Cleaner
  • Black Marker
  • Googly Eyes
  • Glue Stick
  • Tape
  • Scissors

How To

1.)     Cut your egg carton so you have 1 piece (1 egg slot) removed from the rest of the carton. Trim the top off the piece so that it’s even and sits flat.

2.)    Paint your egg carton piece with your red finger paint and let dry.

3.)   Once dry you can draw the black face and black spots on with your black marker.

4.)   Cut your brown pipe cleaner into 6 small even pieces and tape them (3 each side) to the lady bug to make the legs.

5.)   Glue your googly eyes to the black face of the lady bug and you are done! Now have fun playing!

Note: Be creative! You can make all sorts of bugs with these instructions, just change your paint colours etc.
